The Spanish arm of Global workspace solutions company is seeking entrepreneurial business development managers for their new Business centre in Madrid.
The majority of your function will be to ensure maximum occupancy of the centre you are responsible for. You can expect 80 % of your time to be related to sales and business development, with the reminder being overseeing the operations, profitability, appearance and success of the centre.
You must have fluent Spanish and excellent English, with the ability to generate new revenue streams for the centre. It is expected you will have considerable management experience and will not be intimidated by being solely responsible companies presence and success in your designated geographically territory.
