Our client is one of the worlds leading commercial real estate services firms. Based in more than 350 offices across the world they have over 30 years experience in Spain offering a fully integrated property consultancy service. Our client is currently seeking a Qualified Chartered Surveyor for the General Valuations and Hotels & Leisure department based in Marbella. In this position you will be in charge of the management of projects in the Andalucia area. In terms of the Valuation of Real Estate assets this will include inspection, valuation and reporting on Real Estate properties and tracking of valuations via a database. With the Hotels and Leisure, you will be assessing investment processes concerning Hotels, Golf Courses, Retirement Homes and conduct strategic studies, you will also contribute to the development of the commercial strategy and work alongside the Central Valuations and Hotel Leisure departments.
In order to secure this position you must have 2-3 years Chartered Surveyor Valuations Experience, Economics degree or similar, a good judgement, analytical capability and a good grasp of numbers and of course good communication skills (oral & written).
