All the work to be done by the Financial Controller will be related to the companies clients. Generally, under the direction of the Management and the Administration Manager, performing professional financial and accounting work, analyzing and verifying records and reports, preparing financial and statistical reports, providing information to Management, preparing and implementing accounting, financial and auditing practices and procedures, preparing budgets for clients, preparing year-end and/or period-end reports and schedules, training and providing technical advice to lower-level accounting personnel, and performing related work as required. You will be cooperating with the Managing Directors, functional managers and other members of the company for the creation of concept, development and operation of projects for clients. It is vital that you have completed a relevant university degree or equivalent business experiences (2-5 years of experience preferred). Furthermore it is important that you have analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills as well as the ability to motivate team members and the ability to explain complex context in an easily understandable manner.
