As a market researcher you would be tasked with the following:-

Improve the quality of data available on our database, build a picture of who our clients are and identify further sources of such clients, understand prospective clients buying behaviour, conduct client satisfaction surveys, relate the analysis to specific project marketing and development.

Skills required:

·Strong skills in statistical analysis, customer segmentation and profiling (excellent Excel skills, SAS/SPSS)
·Experience of survey and questionnaire design and implementation and preparation and presentation of reports.
·Ability to conduct qualitative projects conducting in-depth interviews with clients and prospective clients.
·Experience of research techniques including face-to-face, focus groups, telephone and on-line studies.
·Numerical university degree or good mathematics GCSE/A Level

Our client, a stock market listed, leading offline and online Sports Book, Casino and Poker Room operator, requires a commercially experienced Manager to coordinate all marketing activity in Spain.

The role will focus on promoting the company’s online product portfolio, with initially activities centering on the Sports Book.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Spanish Sports betting & gaming market and will speak English and Spanish fluently.

Strong understanding and experience of both online and offline marketing is required as you will be targeted on driving customers to the online gaming products.

Responsibilities will include:
• Day to day management of the relevant site.
• Customer management and development.
• Customer profiling and retention.
• Customer acquisition (with the marketing and business development teams).
• Responsible for delivering bottom-line profit.
• Management reporting.

Skills
• Strong understanding and experience of online marketing is required as you will be targeted on driving customers to the online brand. You will be responsible for creating and managing online marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding and experience of the development, implementation and measurement of off-line marketing campaigns through various media channels is required.

• Ability to negotiate effectively with local Advertising and Design agency suppliers and Media outlets.

• Creativity and vision - able to improvise and proactively solve problems.

• Awareness of the impact of legal frameworks when developing marketing strategy.

• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to influence & inspire others and to work effectively in a multi-geography team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience with a leading gaming operator.
