My client is the largest private property developer in Dubai and one of the UAE's leading providers of waterfront luxury projects, as well as the name behind some of the most acclaimed residential and commercial developments in Dubai.
Due to exciting expansion plans, the company is currently seeking qualified managing/Senior Quantity Surveyors.
With an MRICS affiliation, you will currently be leading a team of minimum 10 commercial professionals on large scale development projects with emphasis on value engineering and claims avoidance. The candidate must have prior experience in an entire project cycle.
As well as the above experience, applicants should possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills, leadership qualities, negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task. Prior experience with high-rise projects will be an added advantage. They should have seen projects end to end and hence should not have hopped jobs too often.
