Our client in Madrid are looking to take on a Senior Business Consultant for their ClarifyCRM division. Job Description: Major Function: (contribution to the organization) Provide advice, guidance and support to customers or partners implementing Clarify to help ensure successful development and deployment. Project scale and complexity can range from small Out-of the Box implementations through to medium and large scale in complexity. Focus is on business functionality of the Clarify application.
When participating in a Clarify Project (Clear Solutions) acting as Lead Business Analyst or Business Architect in a medium to large-scale project. Involvement is likely to be full time over the duration of the requirements and scoping phase of the project and may continue into other project phases. Deliver standard Clarify Application training courses, either at a Clarify training centre or on a customer site.
Major Responsibilities:

Ensuring opportunities for business improvement through the use of Clarify applications are fully identified.
Ensuring customers and partners create effective business solutions using Clarify to bring genuine business benefit.
Ensuring that mapping of business requirements to the Clarify application (gap analysis) is complete and ensuring customer business processes are optimised to use of the Clarify application.
