Our client based in Madrid currently is in need of 2 Senior Technical Consultants to work in the Clarify CRM division. You should have strong team leading/management capabilities. Description of the role: Major Function: (contribution to the organization). Work with customers or delivery divisions responsible for implementing ClarifyCRM to ensure successful specification, solution design, development and deployment of ClarifyCRM.
Major Responsibilities:

You will have previously been a technical team lead on a project and have experience of the full project lifecycle. You will be required to undertake requirements analysis and scoping studies and have a track record in leading workshop sessions involving guidance and control of customer attendees. Contribute to solution design to involve the ClarifyCRM product suite and any interfaces to/from ClarifyCRM and other company or 3rd party systems. You must be a committed team player and capable of producing quality documentation and presenting results in order to gain buy-in from customer for proposed solution.
