You must have complete knowledge of Windows XP, experience of capturing video from cameras & DV players etc to PC. Packages used include Adobe Premiere, Windows Media Player 9 and up, Windows Media Encoder 9.0 for encoding video on demand files and live streaming. It would be advantageous to also have knowledge of Helix Producer, QuickTime PRO, DRM for Windows Media 9 and up, QuickTime Broadcaster, Windows 2003 server, Helix server and Darwin Server. A multinational Real Estate company requires a Telecoms Network Analyst for their office on the Costa del Sol. The role requires an understanding of Networking, IP addressing, HP range of Switches, General Routing Disciplines, DHCP/static routing, the OSI model, familiarization with Voice telephony platforms also a bonus. Fluency in English is essential together with a flexible approach to working hours as the company is continually expanding and they offer support to clients in different time zones. You should be able to work under pressure as our client support and maintain one of the most technically advanced methodology’s along the CDS. Experience within a medium to large corporate would be a bonus as you will be supporting a large Multi-National Operation. Demonstration of drive and determination to achieve objectives and manage multiple workloads in order to deliver results. Across the board convergence skill-sets with particular focus on most aspects of VOIP traffic over a campus Network. Competency in troubleshooting and presenting analytical response to failures and Network design requirements.
Knowledge of the following is desirable; Mitel 3300 suite of PBX, general cabling peripherals and Data Comm.’s awareness. Knowledge of Firewalls in general and good diagnostics skills.
