In order to secure this position you must firstly enjoy sales. Previous experience within valuations is not necessary but you must be able to work on your own initiative and speak both Spanish and English fluently. You must also be able and willing to work on your own and or as part of a team with limited supervision however you will be reporting to the Valuations Manager who is based in the same office. Ideally you will be more sales orientated and be able to close vendors at the right price. Also, an important part of your role will be to promote the properties internally.
