My main criteria for doing business with anyone is their responsiveness and ability to perform. That is something sadly lacking in Gibraltar and on the Costa.
My initial request and discussion were met with a positive dialogue as to the position that needed to be filled and this was then followed by a series of CVs.
The discussion around each one was decisive and lead to the appointment in rapid succession of Charlie. The need to fill this position quickly was balanced with an equal need to place a very suitable candidate. This was clear from the way Charlie was contacted and brought in for interview without delay which meant that we were ahead of any competition who may have previously interviewed him.
